The program hosts two-mile walks at designated parks in Midland. The walks are free of charge and take place on Tuesdays from Stratford Park pavilion; Thursdays from MidMichigan Medical Center’s Wellness Trail, at the corner of Wellness and Harlow Drives; and Sundays from the Tridge, Farmers Market parking area.
